Cooling off period & Refund Policy
- Within 5 calendar days from signing agreement and date of payment, if client wishes to cease their package, they may request for termination in writing.
- Agency will refund the membership fees paid in full less a cancellation charge of 10% of admin fee.
- Agency will make the refund within 7 days of receiving the written notice from client.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Once the first date has been arranged, the service agreement contract is deemed to have commenced. If client wishes to terminate the package at this point, there will be no refund.
- A “no-show” for an arranged date will be counted as “1 date” utilised from the package for the client who did not show up without notice.
- Clients need to provide notice to Dating Consultant at least 24 hours before the scheduled date if he/she anticipates that she will not be able to attend the date.
